If your not satisfied, Change

If your not happy in how life is playing out, do something different. I know, this seems ridiculous, because if it were that easy, you would've done it already.

Contrary to popular belief, there are rarely all or nothing, complete conversion changes that occur.. You hear  stories of a life changing experience that altered one's entire outlook and the course of their life; but the cold truth is, that just doesn't happen to most of us.

Change doesn't need to be an all or nothing ordeal.. You've gotta change little by little. You don't learn to play the piano in a day, you learn it key by key, note by note. So is your journey through life.

If you know your watching too much TV, make a goal to watch an hour less per day. If you want to get in shape, start out doing 25 sit ups once a week. The foundations of a habit are established within 28 days of repetition. A solid habit that will become automatic, can be formed in 66 days. Imagine, without even thinking about it, you wake up and start your morning exercise. How nice would that be?

To offer just a bit of advice to help get you started.. Just do it! Do it, don't hesitate, don't question it, simply do something. If you sit there and think that you might start doing something, nothing will ever happen.
Change requires Action.  And when you start making that change, reward yourself!
 Recognize your progress. Realize that it doesn't matter how many steps you've taken towards your goal, one step forward is better than none.
